We are looking for someone who is serious about food and has demonstrable barista experience. This position will be managed by our Front of House manager/owner but the ideal candidate will be self managed with little daily task monitoring. Because we are small team, we need a person who is willing to take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, including some food prep. Every single employee helps with dishes, organizing inventory, restocking retail shelves and helps with customer service. While primary responsibilities will be operating the point of sale, making espresso drinks and customer service, we work as a team and look for ways to support the other staff in our daily duties. This specific position will have at least one Back-of-House prep and dish shift. In addition, we are looking for someone with hustle who works clean and efficient.




Quality customer service

Making espresso drinks

Operating cash register

Maintaining a clean front of house environment

Managing inventory

Food prep for FOH and BOH projects (i.e. making our house-made chocolate sauce, toasting our house made chai blend)




1+ year of barista experience

2+ years experience in food environment/customer service

Food Handler's Card & OLCC Card

Good customer service

Self starting and self managed
