We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has great baking experience. This position will be managed by our head baker but the ideal candidate will be self managed with little daily task monitoring. While primary responsibilities will be baking, shaping and mixing our sourdough breads for retail and wholesale production, we work as a team and look for ways to support the other staff in our daily duties. In addition, we are looking for someone with hustle, as we grow we are constantly getting more busy and need to build a team that can create great flow.


Baking, shaping and mixing

Menu ideating/experimentation and consulting with head baker

Inventory management and ordering

Daily organizing and cleaning of production space

Managing wholesale accounts


2+ years of baking experience

3+ years food experience

Self Starting and self managed

Takes feedback well and is flexible
